Unimpressed. I really wanted to like this, but I think the "asshole" Bruce got me off on the wrong foot. Guess I was expecting "real" Bruce put in an unreal situation and panicking.
In any case, either the script or the editing was too choppy to let the humor work. In watching the trailer here I realized how zippy some of the funny really was, it just does not play that way in the final version.
Think I'd blame the script for being too unfocused and the editing for not being quick enough. Go re-watch the original Evil Dead trilogy instead... classic!
