An imaginative take on the My Little Pony formula. There are dark undertones that adults in the audience will really like as well as a few jokes for them. I truly don't understand how bitter someone could be not to find something that slaps a smile on their face from this film.

It treats its audience with respect, despite age with a brilliant art style and interesting, fast paced plot. On every viewing I find something new and realize even simple things had a profound depth to them that most people will try and sneer at saying, "It's just a kids movie!" while weaving a tapestry of ill inspired insults- personally I wish these people would internalize the amazing lessons the movie and show offer.
