Review of My Kid Could Paint That (2007) by Alex D — 05 Oct 2007
Documentary following four year old Marla Olmstead, whose paintings are compared to Jackson Pollock. Her parents sell them for thousands of dollars until an exposé by 60 Minutes suggests that the paintings may have been done by Marla's frustrated artist father Her then parents go out of their way to prove that their daughter is indeed a prodigy.
Slow for the first 45 minutes, but really picks up towards the end.
