I watched this, expecting to be swayed one way or the other, but I came out feeling more undecided than ever. I felt the parents were good people, especially the supportive, thoughtful mom, but I do wonder if the dad was subconsciously and inadvertently affecting his daughter's work.
Either way, this precocious little girl will be set for college, if the fame doesn't eat away her zeal into cynicism before then.
