60 minutes are a bunch of idiots - they should have consulted an ART THERAPIST to evaluate the girls paintings. Anyoen will tell you that children's artwork has no schema and looks different every time, hence accounting for variations in her artwork.
But they probably wanted controversy, so they chose an alternate route. But fundamentally, this girl is still an artist because she takes paint to her canvas and makes something.
