First I'm gonna clear up something that people are complaining about, Ross Lynch you mean that guy from Austin and Allie that stupid Disney Show they probably casted him in this because of his popularity.

And you know what I say to those people. Yeah they cast a Disney Star so ten year old girls can watch the early years of a serial killer who did stuff so sick that he literally didn't like killing them because that would destroy the fun.

Instead trying to keep them alive so he could torture them, yeah those five year old girls are gonna love this movie. Unlike the Ted Bundy movie coming out with Zac Efron that I know it going to be terrible, casting Ross Lynch in this would make no sense in marketing wise, so they probably cast him because he auditioned and got the part.

And it shows because he is really good in this, I don't really know a lot about this guy but Ross Lynch plays him very well a weird character trapped in a highs cool movie from the 60's but he is a mad serial killer.

You can see what going through his head just from looking at him and that great. The home abuse story is kind of a trope but it might of happened so I can't really blame the director and writers on that plus they were following a graphic Novel so.

The rest of the performances are good but not great like the opposing performance and sometimes the shots get over exposed but the acting the script and the good everything else makes My Friend Dahmer a terrifying psychological horror.
