Review of My Fair Lady (1964) by Kyle M — 14 Aug 2014
The dialogue taken from Bernard Shaw's play was strong, but the songs went on too long and except for "I Could Dance All Night" none of them are particularly memorable. If the songs were cut, this movie would be tighter and easier to sit through.
Also, what kind of lesson does it send girls? If you work hard to better yourself, you too could end up with a much older arrogant jerk.
