Fantastic suspension of disbelief. Assumed to be shot in real time in a real restaurant. Actually filmed over a series of weeks, on a set.

While it's two hours of Gregory talking to Shawn, it's an amazing view into the world of these two people - as if you're eavesdropping on their conversation. Very cool.
