Okies you're watching an average Joe looking to get a date with Drew Barrymore. Do you think he will get the date? I mean come on the film is called my date with Drew Barrymore. Anyhu it feels like it is one of those films that believes it is pretending to be something it's not.

For all we know this movie could've been dreamt up by Drew's peeps to get her name out there again and to promote the Charlie's Angels masterpieces. This would be all achieved without her having to do very much and get across her already known quirky and kindness to meet a randomer.

To be honest I think you would be better watching one of Dave Gorman's projects as it has that feel and they are actually more entertaining. If the film wasn't a setup and what happens happened then fair play to the team that made this guy's dream come true.

Watch out for Eric Robert's muscles. It is good to see if his acting career doesn't take off then he may have body building to fall back on lol. Give it a watch if you want pointers on meeting Drew or anyone famous but other than that it won't change your life!
