Awesome chick flick for moms somewhere in the middle or later half of their lives. Loved it! Better than expected.
Love that drawn out happy ending. The parents with their daughter about to leave the nest thing, so sweet. The grandparents getting remarried, kinda sweet, kinda funny. Toula and Ian renewing their vows to each other quietly at her parents' wedding, spontaneously, sweet.
And their daughter even had a happy prom and met a great Greek guy. Yup, chick flick heaven!
Almost forgot, the scene where Toula and Ian have a date night that ends up in their car with everyone a little bit shocked. That was kind of fun. Is love and fun over at 40? Apparently they don't think so in My big Fat Greek Wedding 2!
Do I expect a guy to love this? Nope, absolutely not! That's ok. There's a lot out there for men to watch. This one's for the girls.
