A gruesome, low-budget, yet fairly well-made sci-fi horror film that adds nothing new to the tired genre.
Thomas Jane is a recruited soldier who goes into battle with an elite group. They are at war with the mutated zombies who live underground.
There's plenty of blood and action, but that's about it. A coherent story is pretty much non-existant.
