Cheesy SciFi gets an upgrade...This time around the planet is in danger from Mutants? but not those pesky Mutant X kind. These mutants have been around for centuries..and are basically zombies with hooks for hands.
.Oh hum..still good cast decent special effects..I would watch it again.
