Review of Murder Party (2007) by Peter Parker — 23 Feb 2009

I saw this via a blind buy and it has to be hands down the greatest blind buy I've ever had. Rarely does a horror comedy really scare me but the last 20 minutes of this film is insanely intense. I loved the characters dearly and the humor was so dead on in terms of deadpan perfection its one of the funnier things ever committed to celluloid.

I love the whole representation of the cuthroat actions in the world of art and the secret hatred one artist will have for the other. Awesome film, and its a shame they don't make more like these.
