Review of Murder on the Orient Express (1974) by Braden A — 30 Dec 2004
A great murder mystery film with a wonderful ending. I have the book somewhere but it is one of the few Agatha Christie's I have not read.
Albert Finney - though he is no David Suchet - is quite good as the eccentric detective Hercule Poirot. The rest of the cast is also delightful. Ad quite a cast it is - probably one of the best ensemble casts I have ever seen.
Anyways, I found it a bit slow at times, and a bit hard to get into, but as a whole it was very enjoyable.
