Just a phenomenal movie. Excellent music (by pirate specialist Howard Shore), catchy songs, hilarious mix of jokes for the kids and the adults, and a truly original take on the classic-but-dull "Treasure Island" novel.
The Muppets are spectacular as they always are (or were before about 2000), but it's really Gonzo, Rizzo, and the always-wonderful Tim Curry that really make this movie shine. A must-see for all ages.
