Review of Munich (2005) by Aaron F — 28 May 2010
Interesting and thought provoking, if a bit bizarre in some places (you know what scene I'm talking about) I always enjoy Eric Bana's work, and seeing Daniel Craig as something other than bond was a breath of fresh air.
This kind of movie had the opportunity to take sides...but it didn't really. It chose to become a commentary on our actions, the purpose of violence, and the consequences of each. There's some very deep stuff here that takes it above a normal revenge flick.
Steven Spielberg knows how to make movies...and Munich proves it.
