From one of the most original American filmmakers comes an original movie that gives us an unsettlingly stunning insight on an artist's personal vision. A mystery set in Hollywood, more diffictult to explain on paper perhaps because it still exists as an abstract idea open to interpretation, with its glossy outlook and a darker inside, hysterical, macabre and overall strange story taking place in a sun filled setting.
It is a treat which may be demanding for some, but anyone willing to let the filmmaker carry them will find the journey worthwhile.
