This film fits in the genre almost as a zombie film. It take a laughable idea and makes it creepy filled with tension and Rat People?!!?? The premise is of a plague spread by rats that turns the dwellers of run down part of New York into rat like beasts.
These beasts are cool looking and chew on everything(like human flesh).
