For a low budget film about mutant rat-men contaminating a city from the sewers, this is pretty good. Mickle is an excellent director and Damici an accomplished writer and central performer, ultimately the terribly marketed Mulberry Street (Zombie Virus on.
.?) is a fine low-fi affair.
