Worth seeing, if only for the discussions of the distinction between rat zombies and zombie rats that are sure to follow. Well acted, and fabulous FX for a small budget, but a little too handicam for my tastes.
Uberprops for violating two horror movie cardinal no-kill rules within the first fifteen minutes, though.
