Meh. Some of the voice work felt racist, and the animation looks like it belongs in the 1970s. Nothing fresh here, especially when you consider Eddie Murphy's voicework is the same style as it was in Shrek, and that film blows old-school animation away (and it still holds up long after its release, stylistically and story-wise).
