It's stunningly beautiful and impeccably scored, but if you come to the point of looking for depth in this movie, you'll find there is no absolute plot, no character interest (excepting Timothy Spall's and Dorothy Atkinson's) and that there is nothing of interest happening through the scenes.
It's one of the slowest movies I have ever seen.
