Prescient and, hi, Jimmy Stewart at his sentimental best. (better than "It's a Wonderful Life," IMHO). Though, if it had been made today, Mr. Smith totally would have gotten a cap popped in his ass.
.. THAT SAID, I do wish that the "boys camp" he wanted to build was replaced by some piece of legislation that made any sense whatsoever.... You know, to raise the stakes a little bit....
