Review of Mr. Nobody (2009) by Jluis_001 — 21 Aug 2020
Strange and ambitious but also incredibly directionless and lacking the emotion it seems to be trying to conjure up.
Mr. Nobody it's a film that is too long to sustain its own mess and that is that its own limitations make it far-fetched where it should be simpler and it becomes simplistic where it should be more complicated and when a film tries to pretend a philosophical level that simply cannot achieve, the result will be both awkward and pretentious and this is how the film feels most of the time.
