Review of Mr. Holmes (2015) by Boogeefilmguy — 14 Aug 2015
Mr. Holmes is a new take on the great detective, one we haven't seen before. Ian McKellen does a stellar job playing the title character, and director Bill Condon does a very good job at coordinating the actors.
The premise of the film is, Sherlock Holmes has grown old and very forgetful. He enlists in the help of a young boy to help him remember his final case. Some of the film goes a little bit slow, but the rest of the film works well.
I strongly recommend checking this one out, fan of Sherlock Holmes or not.
