Review of Mr. Holland's Opus (1995) by Vadim S — 24 May 2008
This movie is absolutely phenomenal! Even if you have not ventured into music, it takes somewhere that anyone can understand. This movie is about a man who never thought he ever made a mark on the worldâ?¦ only to find out he was sadly mistaken.
This movie makes me cry pretty much every time I watch it. Also, it is a great movie as it relates to deaf culture and the social aspects of deaf culture. This movie showed the frustrations of hearing parents raising a deaf child.
You cannot watch this movie and not be moved.
