Review of Mr. Deeds Goes to Town (1936) by Kate C — 10 Dec 2009
If I hadn't seen this exact same thing 100 times previously (the Adam Sandler remake) this would have been much funnier and more enjoyable. The remake is pretty much exactly the same, but this version, in my opinion, is better.
Gary Cooper is the cutest man I've ever seen in my life, and his acting intensified my liking of the character 'Mr. Deeds' by a hundredfold.
