Review of Mr. Church (2016) by Jay D — 28 Oct 2016
Great movie and don't listen to the film critiques that are blinded by their own racist bias. Here is a quate from the New yorker, Brody who stated "It's repugnant for its dehumanizing view (however unintentionally so) of a black man, and.
. ". Really???.!!. I don't think he and I we're watching the same movie. Seems to me he was so buried in his on racist thought covered by a white men guilt tat all he could see was a black man on the screen and not a man looking for salvation and finding unconditional love with a family that happened to be white.
If you are looking for a deeply emotional movie that deals with life, death, love, friendship, acceptance and salvation from ones deamons then watch this movie.
