If you've ever built a house or are considering it, by all means watch this hilarious movie. The joys and hair-pulling frustrations of dealing with sub-contractors and real estate agents and seemingly eternal debt still ring true 60 years later and you will watch this movie again and again, laughing out loud each time.
Myrna Loy and Cary Grant are perfectly cast and Melvin Douglas' sardonic character adds perfect balance to the characters. Yeeaahhpp!
