If one mr bean movie ( Bean) wasnt enougth in 1997 ten years later a second movie was made. Atkison is brililant as always but it feels like he is sick of this character. there were a few other things that make this movie seem tacky was it being set at the cannes film fesitvial ( like fun it would win a Pam di or) and the presents of williem dafoe.
( mr dafoe please stick to serious roles for cinemas sake).
