Review of Mr. Bean's Holiday (2007) by Cosmo S — 29 Mar 2010
This is worth seeing at home with family, grandma and the kids.
It's slow, could have been cut down to 1 hour length. It's 90 minutes, but seems longer.
Gags are stretched out. Not the fault of the writer, blame the director-producers.
The cinematography is wonderful. Beautiful and interesting locations.
The last 15 minutes are funny, you see how the slow pace of mildly amusing situations set up all the gags for the ending.
But it's worth seeing. Pre-teen kids and grandma will like it.
