Great for what it is - a silly family film. Not to mention a much better film adaptation than the first Bean movie - no reused jokes from the tv show, and a much higher concentration on physical/dialogue free humor.
That being said, one should not expect anything spectacular. It's silly, safe, and simple. So yes, I enjoyed it, but I am well aware of it's flaws.
