Positively Chaplinesque. Innocent and genuinely LOL funny. The reason it isn't rated higher by the critics is simple: Hollywood hasn't made this kind of film in so long that American audiences can't get their minds around it: A comedy that isn't about flatulence, semen and penis jokes.
What a concept. I will never stop recommending this film to people. Hey Richard Roeper, go ride a bullet train to a forest fire.
