Review of Mr. Bean's Holiday (2007) by Giulian T — 30 Sep 2011
With Mr. Bean thrust into a less crude, more child-like environment in this sequel, he almost feels like a peer to the little child he shares the screen with, and this actually gives some layering to the iconic character.
"Mr. Bean's Holiday" also provides even more hilarity the 1997 original, along with an excellent supporting cast (William DaFoe in this movie... brilliant). Not to mention, it's really nice to see a non-animated film with a G rating that actually delivers more than the occasional chuckle.
