Review of Mozartballs (2006) by Ethan W — 29 Dec 2006
A wonderfully moving and insightful film on how Mozart has uniquely impacted the lives of some equally unique and extraodinary people. One can't help but feel compelled to empathize with and unravel the deeper stories and passions of each subject.
In my opinion, the special features on the DVD should have been part of the main feature. I'm glad they were included at the very least!
The only downsides are the garish cover design and that we did not get to explore each person a little further, but then a good story always leaves you wanting an encore.
Overall I believe that, given the singularity of each person and the passion with which they are influenced by or pursue their particular interest in Mozart, he would be very proud of this production.
