Overall fine for a family audience.
Objectively as a film:
Mostly follows the standard formula with a few good performances, particularly Cumberbatch (of course). Serkis playing baloo as a drunken cockney doesn't make a lot of sense, but the movie as a whole was worth watching if not worth many accolades.
