Review of Motorama (1991) by Aaron W — 09 Mar 2009
This was kinda fun, but it could've been a lot better. I really do admire the sort of oddball dark whimsy that Joseph Minion and Barry Shils were going for, but alas it just didn't work for me most of the time.
With a film like this you really need a great child actor to carry it and unfortunately Jordan Christopher Michael wasn't the right kid. The best part of the film was Jack Nance and he was only in it for less than five minutes.
Too bad really as it was a nifty idea and some of the cinematography was really great.
