Review of mother! (2017) by Austin R — 13 Feb 2018

I have no idea how to rate or even discuss this movie other than its an extremely unique and provoking experience. It's highly symbolic but can be read in so many different ways that it doesn't come off as preachy in the least.

I was thoroughly captivated and disturbed throughout and its one of the most memorable films I've seen in a long time. Technically impressive and emotionally complex, Mother! is a piece of art that is absolutely confounding and difficult to put into words.

Pretty damn terrific.
