Visceral. Anxiety inducing. Thought provoking. See it in theaters - the sound design is incredible. Don't see it if you're not ready for an immersive experience into the profound. It will make you feel uncomfortable.
And it's a great film. Another incredibly well done film from Darren Aronofsky.
