Aronofsky's passion project. Not sure how I feel about this. There's stunning imagery and compelling performances. Jennifer Lawrence's performance compared to other felt a bit flat. Ultimately, it could have multiple interpretations (two at least to me) and not really sure which one it is.

A foreboding senseof unease permeates the film, seeps under yourskin and stays with you. An unpleasant experience - but probably intended to be so. Watch it if you love the director's work or alike allegorical films on religion (I think).

Also, watch solo with headphones on.
