Mother! can be as simple or as complicated as you like. on the surface we live the life of a woman in fear of losing the man she loves to artist fandom, but beneath Arrenofsky brings.

The heart of fear, love, fame, and religion.
Arrenofsky brings anguish, even his own.
anguish, to life. This movie does what most don't, it takes risks. An imperfect film that lives an breathes is better than processed meat.
