To its credit, this is a rare attempt nowadays at reinventing the teen slasher genre again, after we were inundated during the 90's. It's an ideal setting and concept where a group of teenagers go to a reunion following there graduation ten years earlier.

Bugged by the death of one of their former classmates who killed himself following their constant bullying, each of the individuals now fear someone is out to get revenge for this deed, killing people in association with what they were most likely to become when they left school.

Unfortunately, despite the good intro and gradual character familiarisation, the clever death scenes soon turn into a random blood fest with bodies just turning up in any old fashion, and not necessarily what they were destined most likely to be.

It becomes very rushed midway through, and the killer is revealed quite early on as a result, with a somewhat anti-climatic ending to finish with. Starring Perez Hilton, the film automatically becomes more annoying as his screen time is far in access of what it should be for someone who can't act and has a very fake girls scream.

However, similar to his relative Paris, in 'House of Wax', you just know he'll be in it to the end or die in a horrifically memorable way. Other than him, there were no other known faces, but for a low key horror this was more than tolerable on the whole.

Of course it could have been so much better, as could any film with a bigger budget, more so because the majority of scenes appeared to be in the same few locations, but it was at least nice to see the return of one of my favourite genre's, and fingers crossed there will be more to follow.
