Review of Most Beautiful Island (2017) by Bob K — 19 Nov 2017
Three irritating and repulsive creatures appear in this film, and the worst are the children. The others have more than two legs, so get out now if that's a problem.
This film is about desperate immigrant women who are forced to play a kind of Russian roulette to make money. The kicker is that there is really no difference between the cretins in the film who bet on the outcome, and the film's audience, who are also breathlessly awaiting some kind of finale. Congratulations if you made through this enduance test; you are an exploiter as well. Was the juice worth the squeeze?
