I'm really glad I didn't waste money seeing this in theaters. I always try to keep an open mind when I see movies get panned as hard as this one did, but it was well deserved this time. As much as I adore Johnny Depp, I could only bring myself to sit through half of it.
It was mildly entertaining for 20 minutes or so, and then once the novelty wore off I realized there was no plot and no point. I've almost never seen a Depp film I didn't like, but this was terrible.
