Review of Mortdecai (2015) by Thegodfatherson — 24 Jan 2015
Mortdecai is definitely underrated. The laughs are underrated and Johnny Depp is underrated. For me, it was a fun movie for whatever it is. Its not the best comedy choice and not the best choice for adults with no sense of british humor.
The spy concept was good, and I think it gave it an edge to the film. Ewan and Gwyenth were good in supporting roles, but the main surprise was Depp as a british, cocky, sleek and well mustached Mortdecai.
Its fun film with forgivable flaws. Mortdecai deserves a watch on the big screen. Its wild, big and funny.
