Review of Mortal Kombat (1995) by Matt L — 09 Jan 2013

As a fan of the Mortal Kombat game franchise, this movie has a huge x-factor for me personally. I commend this movie for sticking fairly close to the proper story and introducing all the necessary characters whom I love from the game.

I don't like how the ending was very rushed nor do I like the PG-13 rating. I was let down by the lack of violence and gore that is a very big part of what Mortal Kombat is.
