A movie doesn't have to be life changing to be enjoyable. While Mortal Engines had its flaws, to me it brought a life a fascinating world and very interesting characters. I suppose the concept of fun and entertaining just does not exist to movie critics.
....Mortal Engines exceeded my expectations going into the cinema. I really loved the movie and hope for a sequel!
