Review of Mortal Engines (2018) by Evan D — 18 Dec 2018
I had high hopes for this film, seeing that it was coming from Peter Jackson. Its a very intriguing world, but the movie feels a bit rushed (I want more backstory on these characters, There's no rationale for why cities like london would want to canibalize smaller structures to survive or how they could ever think that would be sustainable).
. Overall a nice B film, though it was shooting for an 'A'.
