I watched it with the curiosity to understand how much the Norwegians could and wanted to get away from X-Men and MCU by returning Thor to Nordic mythology. Instead, Øvredal takes a Hollywood star like Nat Wolff and gets produced by the Americans for a reboot of the saga.
