Review of Morning Glory (2010) by David D — 07 Jun 2013
With a very interesting idea, a good story, a well-done script full of snappy dialogue by Aline Brosh McKenna (The Devil Wears Prada), an amazing cast headed by Rachel McAdams as Becky Fuller, Harrison Ford as Mike Pomeroy, Diane Keaton, Patrick Wilson, Jeff Goldblum, and special appearances by Ty Burrell and 50 Cent, brilliant directing by Roger Michell (Notting Hill, Changing Lanes) and a slow, but dynamic pace and flow, Morning Glory is a fascinating look behind the scenes at what goes into a morning news program.
